At Elite you will find a variety of cardiovascular and strength training options for the whole family. You can pump some iron in the free weight room, swim a few laps in our "Endless Pools", work up a sweat in a variety of fitness classes or on the running track, tone up on the Cybex resistance machines, and get the heart racing on Precor/Matrix. After your workout, relax in one of our jacuzzis or steam rooms.

Our onsite Doctors of Physical Therapy can help you alleviate pain or regain function after surgery. They are experienced in helping you in a variety of ways. Just ask!

For those employers who are trying create a safe work place, Elite is where you want to be. We offer a variety of drug testing services, spirometry, and agility testing to protect your employees and your company. We can also work as a TPA to provide all occupational health services with one source billing.

Walking Track
Our indoor walking track provides clients with a place to participate in cardiovascular exercise during the harsh winter months. Twelve laps are equal to one mile; Joggers are encouraged to use the outside lane. Come enjoy the same cushioned track surface used at the Olympic Games held in Atlanta.

Free Weight Room
We have an excellent variety of free weights, Cybex Eagle equipment, Nautilus equipment, and Norland Fitness equipment to compliment your fitness program.

Aerobic Room
Enjoy getting fit on our 1100+ square foot suspended wood floor that provides a "cushion" for your legs during exercise.

Hydrotherapy Pool
These pools are open for our members 18 years and older by appointment. The water temperature is warmer than the average swimming pool, so persons with arthritic joints or fibromyalgia may benefit from exercise in the water. Reserve a pool by calling us at (701) 774-0320 or sign up at the front desk.

Whirlpools and Steam rooms
For relaxation from the stresses of life, the men's and women's locker rooms are equipped with a whirlpool/ jacuzzi, and steam rooms for use by our current members.
