Elite 24 Hour & On-Site Services
Elite Occupational Health is expanding. Effective immediately, we are now offering 24-hour services at our Elite facility for all of our occupational offerings (no walk-ins). Coming-Soon, Elite will be bringing our complete list of occupational services offerings to your doorstep.
Our 24-hour Elite facility offering has no minimum reserves and no mileage add-ons. Simply call ahead @ 321-419-3488 and we will open up our facility to your business.
Our On-Site services will offer pricing that varies by distance and time of service required.
Monday - Friday our distance tiers are 30/60/100 miles and our 24 hour time windows are from 6am - 6pm, 7pm - 12am, and 12am - 6am.
Saturday - Sunday we have two distance tiers: 60 miles and 100 miles and our time windows are from 8am - 8pm and 8pm - 8am.
Below you will find our pricing based on Tiers outlined above. For onsite services, mileage will be calculated based on Standard Mileage Rates as listed by the Internal Revenue Service. All of Elite's Occupational services are currently available 24/7 utilizing our Elite Facility with no minimum requirements. We will be adding services to our onsite solutions soon! (see below)
